Does anyone have more work ahead than they feel focused, capable, or smart enough to achieve lately? You are not alone! 🙋🏾♀️ I have a tip that I think will help rekindle the passion in the work you do and the ethic you need to sustain to get it done!
Are we using our family members to excuse our inactivity? Are we using our environment to excuse our lack of productivity? Are we using our limited accessibility to excuse our development? It's time for some motivation and, maybe even, a kick in the butt! We will come out of this stronger!
There are way too many of us living beneath our means, our potential, our permission, and our access. We've allowed our insecurities to identify us and serve as excuses which keep us from moving forward for far too long, and it ends now. Could our obsession with forgiveness be fueling our insecurities and negativity? I'm stepping lightly because forgiveness has given me a reason to live, but lately, God has placed two scriptures on my heart to serve as encouragement, and I want to ask you to do more than just read them with me. Visualize them in action.
I know I am not the only one who has second guessed something God placed on your heart to do. We could allow fear to stifle our faith and we could become stagnant, but we could also trust that God knows us better than we give Him credit for. He created us to love: to love Him, to love others, to love ourselves, and to love this crazy amazing calling.
I refuse to allow pressure to steal my peace. When we redirect the demands for our attention and money which are so prevalent during this time of year to what really matters, we experience incredible freedom! It's time to take ownership of our joy, our gratitude, our reflection, instead of leaving it in the hands of the department stores and promotional sales. Let's take a deep breath and plan to release the pressure.
