Time is precious, and time is fragile. Once you lose it, you won’t get it back, but if you choose to learn from it, you will realize that it is a gift. Thankfully, I’ve learned a few lessons from time over the years. I hope they help you.
Although I've found a lot of things to enjoy during quarantine, I'm not going to deny the fact that I've also experienced disappointment during it, too. It's actually the very reason why I've taken action to support my mental and emotional health. This week, I want to encourage you to do the same.
