I don't know if you're praying for a vision for your future or praying about the time that your God given vision is going to come into existence, but the question I have is: what are you doing with the time you have? Let's take it one step further...How well are you waiting? I'd like to share a testimony about something that took a bit of...time...and that made me even more grateful with every passing day.
Although I've found a lot of things to enjoy during quarantine, I'm not going to deny the fact that I've also experienced disappointment during it, too. It's actually the very reason why I've taken action to support my mental and emotional health. This week, I want to encourage you to do the same.
Are we using our family members to excuse our inactivity? Are we using our environment to excuse our lack of productivity? Are we using our limited accessibility to excuse our development? It's time for some motivation and, maybe even, a kick in the butt! We will come out of this stronger!
There are way too many of us living beneath our means, our potential, our permission, and our access. We've allowed our insecurities to identify us and serve as excuses which keep us from moving forward for far too long, and it ends now. Could our obsession with forgiveness be fueling our insecurities and negativity? I'm stepping lightly because forgiveness has given me a reason to live, but lately, God has placed two scriptures on my heart to serve as encouragement, and I want to ask you to do more than just read them with me. Visualize them in action.
